Well, what a start to 2021! With a new national lockdown announced on 4th January 2021, our property management staff have returned to working from home. We are pleased that our systems easily support us in providing the flexibility to work remotely, allowing our team to continue to deliver our management services to our Clients. Our maintenance teams are continuing to take proper precautions whilst still providing essential services on-site where needed.
We are already noticing a reduction in contractor’s availability reducing and materials becoming scarce, with long delays expected, we are proud to be able to continue to provide a responsive service to our Clients and their properties. Over this Christmas break, we have seen a significant increase in the number of call-outs but we are pleased to have been able to carry out works to ensure that residents are not left in the lurch whilst our offices, and many of our contractor’s offices, were closed.
Just before the Christmas shutdown we were able to launch our new website and we hope that you enjoy the updated look and feel of the new site. The Leaseholder Library is a source of a wide array of helpful information for our leaseholders and we encourage you to have a look around this section of the site. We have also included answers to some Frequently Asked Questions which we hope that you will find helpful.
