Once signed up, the portal will allow you to receive important notifications about your property and you will also be able to access relevant documents, such as Fire Risk Assessments and Accounts. Please note that service charge, and ground rent (where applicable), statements will be sent via this portal. In order to ensure that updates are not missed it is recommended that you ensure that the myblockman.co.uk domain is whitelisted in any spam filters.
